Membership Information

You can register as a member by agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and completing the registration form via the [Sign Up] menu. Membership is free, and you can use our services immediately after registration.
As a member, you do not need to re-enter your personal information for each order. You can participate in group purchases, auctions, special events, and exclusive discount promotions for members.

Order Guide

Orders are processed in the following steps:

- Step 1: Search for products
- Step 2: Add items to cart
- Step 3: Log in with Member ID or place a guest order
- Step 4: Complete the order form
- Step 5: Select payment method and make payment
- Step 6: Order confirmation screen (Order Number)

For guest orders, please make sure to note your Order Number and Approval Number (for card payments) at Step 6. Members do not need to do this, as the information is saved automatically.

Payment Information

For high-value transactions, your card issuer may contact you for verification. If the order is deemed suspicious (e.g., stolen card use or unauthorized name), it may be placed on hold or canceled.
For bank transfers, you may pay via PC banking, internet banking, phone banking, or by visiting your bank.
The depositor’s name must match the name entered at checkout. Payment must be completed within 7 days, or the order will be automatically canceled.

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Method: Courier
  • Shipping Area: Nationwide
  • Shipping Fee: Free for orders over 50,000 KRW; 3,500 KRW applies to orders under 50,000 KRW
  • Delivery Time: 1–3 days
  • Shipping Guide :
    - Additional charges may apply for remote or island areas.
    Products will be shipped after payment confirmation. Delivery may vary depending on product type.

Exchange & Return Policy

Eligible for Exchange/Return
- Within 7 days of receiving the product
- If the product differs from the description or advertisement (within 3 months of receipt or 30 days from discovery)

Not Eligible for Exchange/Return:
- Damage caused by customer negligence
- Opened or damaged packaging resulting in loss of product value (e.g., electronics, food, media items)
- Noticeable decrease in product value due to use or partial consumption
- Damaged packaging of reproducible items

※ If you change your mind, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer (including color or size exchanges).

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after confirming the returned item.
For credit card payments, the card approval will be canceled.
If billing has already been processed, the refund will be issued by your card company in the following billing cycle.

Additional Information

Reward Points Usage Period
Points earned from purchases become available 20 days after delivery confirmation.
Until then, they are considered pending points.
Available points = Total points – Used points – Pending points.
Available points can be used immediately for purchases.

Usage Conditions
Minimum points required for use: 0 $
Maximum points per transaction: No limit

Expiration Policy
Points earned from canceled or refunded orders will be revoked
Points expire upon membership withdrawal
Points will expire if no additional points are earned within 3 years from the last accrual date
