Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using the website services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by Sunworld Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as other matters necessary thereto.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Company’s website or notified to members via email or other means.
The Company may amend these Terms when unavoidable circumstances or significant business reasons arise. The amended Terms shall take effect upon being announced in the same manner as set forth in the preceding paragraph.
If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may request termination of service use. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms shall be deemed as consent to the amendments.

Article 3 (Matters Not Stipulated)
Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations, where applicable.

Article 4 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
Member: An individual or entity that has entered into a service use agreement with the Company by applying for information use, receiving approval from the Company, and being issued a user ID.
(Free Member: An individual or entity that has registered for the purpose of using free information.)
User ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the Company for identification and service use.
Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to verify identity corresponding to the User ID and to protect confidentiality.
Webmaster: A person designated by the Company to manage and operate the Service overall.

Chapter 2 Membership Registration and Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Establishment of Service Use Agreement)

Free members may use certain services designated by the Company free of charge and may use all services.
The service use agreement is established when the Company approves the user’s application for service use and the user agrees to the Terms.
Applicants wishing to use information must provide personal information requested by the Company, and the Company shall process the registration with the user’s consent.
Upon approval of the application, the Company shall notify the user of the following:
① User ID
② Service use
③ Other matters deemed necessary by the Company

Article 6 (Denial or Suspension of Application Approval)
The Company may deny approval of an application in the following cases:
Application made under a false name, alias, borrowed name, or a name different from the applicant’s real name
Application containing false information in the registration form
Applicant whose service use agreement was previously terminated due to failure to comply with the obligations set forth in Article 12

Article 7 (User ID)
Once registered, a User ID cannot be changed even if the user requests a change.

Article 8 (Changes to Contract Information)
Members must update any changes to the information provided at the time of application online.
Members shall bear responsibility for any issues arising from failure to update or falsely updating such information.

Article 9 (Service Use)

The Service shall, in principle, be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Company may restrict all or part of the Service for business or technical reasons such as regular maintenance, and shall notify users in advance or afterward via the website.
The Company may designate separate service hours for certain services and shall notify users in advance via the website.

Article 10 (Provision of Information and Advertisement Posting)
The Company may provide various information related to service operation via the website or email.
The Company may post advertisements on service screens, emails, etc.
Members who do not wish to receive information or advertisements via email may opt out through the “Member Information Change” menu.
Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 11 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company shall provide the Service continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms.
The Company shall maintain and repair service facilities to keep them operational and promptly repair any failures.
The Company shall not disclose or distribute members’ personal information obtained in connection with service provision to third parties without prior consent, nor use it for commercial purposes unrelated to the Service.
However, this shall not apply in the following cases:
① When requested by authorities for investigative purposes in accordance with applicable laws
② When requested by the Information and Communications Ethics Committee
The Company shall promptly address legitimate complaints or opinions raised by members. If immediate handling is difficult, the Company shall notify the member of the reason and processing schedule via email, phone, or written notice.
The Company shall endeavor to provide convenience to members regarding procedures related to contract conclusion, modification, and termination.

Article 12 (Obligations of Members)
Members must immediately notify the Company of any changes to address or contact information via the service screen or by phone.
Members shall not copy, reproduce, modify, or translate information obtained through the Service and provide it to others without the Company’s consent.
Members shall not engage in commercial activities using the Service without the Company’s approval.
Members shall comply with these Terms and relevant laws and shall not engage in acts that interfere with the Company’s operations, including:
① Acts intended for or inciting criminal activities
② Acts intended to carry out anti-state activities
③ Acts that harm public order or morals
④ Acts that damage the reputation of or cause disadvantage to the Company or others
⑤ Distribution of hacking tools, computer viruses, or acts that disrupt information systems
Acts infringing upon intellectual property rights of other members or third parties
Sending unsolicited advertising information or transmitting large volumes of data that interfere with stable service operation

Article 13 (Responsibility for Service Use)
Members use the Service at their own responsibility, and any disadvantages arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.
Responsibility for content posted or transmitted through the Service rests with the user.
Members are responsible for damages caused by negligence in managing User IDs and passwords or unauthorized use by third parties, except where the Company is grossly negligent.

Article 14 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Members shall not lease, transfer, gift, or use service usage rights as collateral.

Chapter 4 Service Restriction and Suspension

Article 15 (Restriction and Suspension of Service)
The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in cases of war, national emergency, natural disasters, or suspension of telecommunications services by carriers under the Telecommunications Business Act.
The Company shall notify members without delay when restricting or suspending the Service.

Article 16 (Service Restriction and Procedures)
The Company may restrict service use in whole or in part in the following cases:
Providing false information during registration or modification
Stealing another member’s ID, password, or resident registration number
Transferring or selling a user ID for cash
Impersonating the Company or its staff
Hacking servers or altering programs or website content without authorization
Harassing or threatening other users
Using service information for purposes other than service use without consent
Infringing intellectual property rights of others
Distributing obscene or indecent content
Posting insulting or threatening content that infringes on privacy
Exploiting program bugs
Acts objectively associated with criminal activity
Collecting or storing others’ personal information without approval
Violating relevant laws and regulations

Article 17 (Compensation for Damages)
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by a member’s negligence.
Any litigation arising from service use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s location.

Article 18 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall be exempt from liability where service provision is impossible due to force majeure such as natural disasters or war.
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by telecommunications service suspension, computer errors, or incorrect email addresses provided by users.
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by maintenance, replacement, inspections, or construction of service facilities.
The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions attributable to members.
The Company shall not be liable for lost profits or damages arising from service materials, nor for mental distress caused by the Company or other members.
The Company shall not be responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by members.
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by a member’s intent or negligence.
The Company shall not intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties, nor bear liability for resulting damages.
Free services are excluded from compensation claims.

Article 19 (User Posts)
The Company may delete content posted by users without prior notice if it falls under any of the following:
Defamation or slander of others
Violation of public order or morals
Association with criminal acts
Infringement of copyrights or other rights
Violation of laws or Company policies
Repeated posting of advertisements or actions that disrupt service operation

Article 20 (Copyright of Posts)
Copyright of posts belongs to the member who posted them. Company-posted content may not be used without consent.
Members may not commercially use, process, or sell information obtained through the Service.

Article 21 (Provision of Information)
The Company may provide necessary information via email or postal mail.
Notices to unspecified members may be substituted by posting on a bulletin board for at least one week.
The Company may request additional personal information with the member’s consent for service improvement or promotion.

Article 23 (Service Fees)
Use of the Service is, in principle, free of charge.
Supplementary Provisions

(Effective Date) These Terms shall take effect on January 1, 2026
