Exchange and Return Policy

- If the delivered product or service differs from the advertised or described content, returns are accepted within 3 months of receipt or within 30 days of discovering the issue.

- If the product is lost or damaged due to customer negligence (except damage caused while checking the product).

- If the packaging is opened or damaged, making resale impossible.

- If the product value has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the customer.
